in a lg rd3500 when i try to connect the set to unlock , then the device manager shows UNKNOWN DEVICE , what is the problem i am unable to connect it ?

the set is ON ,

please help me ..

clean or change charging soc

i have also tried the pinout under the battery ..

but same problem remains

under batt.rx tx wire is not for direct usb it is for serial cable points
