can u help me locate a software to change prl information on a740 hopefully a software that dont need a dongle

do u have steps to do that i have installed unipst and can read but i cannot edit prl or banner or ui settings. If u have these steps can u share with us. Thanks

IT WILL DEPEND ON WHICH NETWORK THE PHONE IS CONNECTED AND PHONE MODEL NUMBER.

Use unipst v1.62 because it is for Sprint phones then choose A740. Choose write to phone, then click PRL then click OK , choose prl to use - Verizon or other network's PRL . You need t know MSL Code because it ask for it.
