i want to flashing tool and flash files for b239 but i can't find anywere,a file download from site but this is in .dll extention,and not open ,where can i find the flash software
please sir help me

sir when i extract it ,then i see it is in .dll file,sir please tell me how can i find software from .dll file ,it can't open
