if your phone is in samsung mode you must change it to dm then use universal utility method 1 may help you.

if you want to do at samsung mode you have to do full rebuild.
but careful it may clear your nam1/2 esn prl & rf area too.
it will rebuild efs and nv to fresh one.

best for you try your phone with dm mode and universal utility.
