hello guys!

i just want to know, i have a CDMA 1x phone which bought from japan and i carry this phone with me here in philippines. when i insert local sim card .. phone says.. INVALID AU-IC Card... can access phone but no call/sms/mms/email/tv .. I went to a mall here and they cant unlock my phone. is it true that there is no existing unlocking tools for my cdma phone? thanks in advance..
