Always use com cable for unlocking or rubuild function.

14-18-short ( important, or else phone will not be detected )

hi ,
I have a samsung N191 com cable . but it doesnt work on win 7 . the phone is restarting and i had used emergency mode . but the problem its not flashing . Do we need any moe specific drivers for it . please help .
