Unlock Code 4 LG VX8000 CDMA - GSM-Forum

Hi..
plz if any body can help me in unlocking LG VX8000 CDMA by Verizon... i have locked it accidentally n don't know the code to unlock it.. now it requires a code at start.. I don,t know the default code and don't know the it is coded by default code or the code might b changed.. it is a used set given to me by a friend which he is using n he also doesnot remeber the code..
I will b ethankful if anybody helps me in this regard...
