VX8100 v4 to v7 Bricked - GSM-Forum

I have a bunch of vx 8100's that I am trying to upgrade from T81VZV04 to T81VZV07. I am using LG PST 1.6(I have tried both patched and unpatched). During the upgrade process the phone will fail at 97% and become bricked. Has anyone ever encounter this issue before? Any ideas for a fix?

I know that to downgrade from v7 to v4 you need to use the Ver_0_5_1_0 dll, this works without any problems, but when i try to put the phone back to v7 it fails. I have tried both Ver_0_5_1_0 and Ver_0_5_5_3 dlls with no luck on either. Any information anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
