zen cdma modal no : c380 show after power on input userlock.

how to i remove this.plz share solution .

on the right hand top corner u will find settings click on that and select the correct com port to which your handset is showing connected under device manager......i think then u will be able to connect your phone to uni cdma

brother this modal not show & creat any com port in device manager . i think its like as haier d1600 {its flash in vpst}

then you can use usb to serial converter and with that connect rj45 cable to the phone and select the port of the usb 2 serial converter....i hope that will work out for you
