ZTE c160 Unlock - GSM-Forum

If anybody can please help me by giving me instruction to unlock a CDMA phone named (ZTE C160) under Bangladeshi CDMA operator Citycell. I am using another operator UIM in Emergency Mode by which i can receive calls but can't dial.

I have done this process
*983*3641# then it is showing a menu contains
-->Debug
-->Version
-->Programming

When i select programming it require a password which should be 000000
but it is showing me its an invalid password. Please help what should i do.
