Member: 2236 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 58 | Hi Sorry but I must say this: it is simply amazing and unbelievable that people come & register to this forum and ask for help only when they destroy their phones If you have checked older posts in this forum, you should have known how to correctly flash your phone. It has been asked & answered many many times and you have manuals on few websites. This reminds me to a guy I know who flashed a 4.24 from 280000 and the phone was dead. He asked me can I fix it and I said yes but DON'T touch anything any more. He said O.K but later he flashed the same Nokia now from 270000 and when that didn't work he flashed once again from 260000 After that he brought it to me saying: pleaseeeeeee?????? It is just a luck that 3310 can be easy fixed. Unless it's flashed above 300000 Sorry but next time check what lot of guys wrote here before you start to experiment... Regards Spalato |

Member: 2236 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 58 | Hi First to say that I agree with KiCk. It does not matter if you are a newbie or an expert user. It takes 5 minutes to check/search for an answer because so many times we have written about the same problem. It's just a matter of being lazy and rather first destroy the phone and then scream for help No hard feelings Also I believe we shoud cleare some terms used in this forum. A lot of guys call a reading from 200 - 400 a full flash. Others call a 200 - 300 reading a full flash. If this guy RVIERA flashed the first "full flash" (200 - 400) then there is little hope to do anything by yourself except to bring the 3310 to Nokia service. I believe he did exactly that because all 4 locks are closed. If he had flashed his phone with that other "full flash" (200 - 300), he could save his phone and had no problems now. So what we need to do is to define what a full flash is so that some other guys don't repeat the same mistakes again and again. To RVEIRA: Never put a 200 - 400 reading from an other 3310 phone in your 3310 phone... Member: 4345 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | What splato try to say for a 3310 full flash file should go from 02-03 in this case phone probably may go to work on after reflashing its component.. Some other guys would ask why have the signals turn out. Well its a problem you know as if they full flashed it from 02-04. For us to be more care before flashing phone it better to read first and save the file for safe keeping. Isnt it that nice at least when trouble comes you can always have the option of puting back the original flash and repeat alternative solution.. I hope this could help people but if there are still mistakes to what saying here please straight me up... MABUHAY ANG PILIPINO! CHEERS! BUGGYMAN |
