Beware: the CCONT doesen't cause c.s. since it's a power IC. Try to reflash the image, check if eeprom is damaged (or eeprom content), and if neither, then reflux the cobba (or replace) and reflash it, faid, etc...

dont talk if u dont know !! in 3210 u do get CS from faulty CCONT also... just that u will learn from experience...

@scrarfuss
u can fix ur 3210 by just reballing the CCONT !! if EEPROM tools say this is CCONT interface problem..then it is so !!

If Eeprom tools says its CCONT, reflow it with liquid flux n heat as Dr. Mobile has rightly said. Had same problem. IF it recurs u may need to reball the IC.

TRION YOU CANNOT GET THE CONTACT SERVICE IN CCONT TRY TO READ YOUR MANUAL FIRST AND YOU KNOW THE TRUE

BOIL EYE CHECK YOUR 3210 IN DDP PROG YOU WILL SEE WHAT IS THE FUALT OF YOUR UNIT IF COBBA PARARELL YOU CHANGE COBBA IC IF MCU OR PMM JUST THE WAY TO PUT YOUR PHONE TO THE COMPUTER OR WHAT I MEAN REFLASH IT

Mr Bubbles,

Check all contact service 3210s with eeprom tools...some will show CCONT problem. Forget the manual...reflow the IC and see how it works.....I did it in one case and it worked. I'm not talking through my hat. I specialize in DCT3 CS problems.

Prove it that it can't be possible and then I'll reply.

That's what i was saying, but according to bubbles its "impossible" to get contact service due to CCONT just beacause it hasn't yet happened to him. Perhaps a closer look at the schematics would show him how it is possible.
