SERVICE

that will be all , after the one minutes phone OFF

to know whether it is a hardware or software prolblem, diagnose your phone first using eepromtools by b-phreaks and mbus cable. by clicking "TEST" button, you will see the fault on your phone.

Trashed is right, if its software you may need to flash the phone and if hardware you may need to simply rehot Ccont or cobba or worst still write new eeprom with ponyprgrammer if its damaged software in eeprom

for the reason for contact service, check the ccont ic and rehot with rework station, if you dont know the IC, check here www.inside-gsm.com for the location and description of the IC (ccont).
