3210 contact service with SIM card only - GSM-Forum

I got nokia 3210 phone v 04.02 20-07-99 NSE-8 (c) NMP with "contact service". I tried to repaire it and in one moment I got "Insert SIM card".I was very happy but when I put SIM card in phone and switched on again "contact service".
Now I used "EEPROM Repair For Nokia DCT3 phones ver1.00 by Dejan Kaljevic" and check all function:F1,F2 and F3.All is Ok but still "contact service" with SIM card.
I tried to read phone with SIM card inside and I got one different result:
-no SIM card Cobba ID: 004173D3 43
-with SIM card Cobba ID: 00000000 43

Is it possible that Cobba IC isn't good?

hi--

whats the condition for the imei ? the original one(if corrupted than change the physical eprom)

full flash the phone-- than see whats the condition -- if not try to reflow ccont--
