Try different flash loaders with Dejan 1.0b.You will flash your phone.I`ve got a 3310 with flash ID 00888990 - correct is 00898890,but phone is O.K.

Thumbs up

Dont worry, just flash it again and again with rolis4.77/Dejan 1.00b until it will work. Then calculate faid.I already also experience it.The phone hang-up while erasing the flash.

Take care

Open phone and tell me what type is your flash ic - Atmel or Intel.Don`t worry - in both cases your phone will be O.K.

Nop,the 24c128 is an eeprom not a flash chip.As long as the hardware is good, it should work.

get a winhex, or something else, cut your flash into 0.5MByte parts, then flash each part individually to the corresponding start address. This will solve all flash erasing problems, if not, your flash is physically bad, or conduction is damaged between PCB and flash chip. Also remember to do it with well-charged battery.

its a hardware problem. your flash ic has loose solder contacts underneath.

try reflowing flash ic. just be careful though.
