Dear Sirs,

I Fullflashed my 3210 with same version.. .
for now, it switch on correctly, but after entering PIN code, it goes on network, and stop, and restart again, etc etc all the time. . . .
phone call not possible.

Why this ?

write MSID to phone

Why this ?

You must update FAID (Flash Authority ID)

This is a security procedure that Nokia used to prevent people from tweaking the phones.

For it you'll need a data cable (MBUS) and any free DCT3 Tool

BTW, use the search button because this is old issue, treated hundreds of times before and more than 2 years ago!!!
