3210 i cannot unlock - GSM-Forum

i have tried to unlock it with nokall but it won't unlock and i tried nokia tool and that doesn't work either can anyone help me please

may i ask what version did your phone show when you press *#0000# ? and which network is your phone locked to? i am not saying that i can help but i just want to learn more about your phone. thank you.
