3210 - "Insert SIM", but SIM is inserted !?!

I have N3210 wich write "Insert SIM" with SIM card inserted. I ceaned contact and resolder it but nothing. Sometimes phone write "SIM card rejected" and few times phone accepted SIM card but have No network!

Does anybady know something about this problem?!?
