3210 keypad not responding - GSM-Forum

Everything works perfect.. except the keypad..

It even gets a nice full signal..

Please help me find the problem

Hi dude....

Ok, i know this sounds silly, but I had a 3310 and the keypad buttons 1, 2, 3, * and # buttons never worked. All other buttons were fine. I tried flashing the fone with a full flash from another 3310, basically upgrading the fone and it worked 100%. You never know that might just be the prob.

Also, check that the power button doesnt get stuck in when the fone is switched on, that could also be the prob.

Hi,

open the phone and clean the board and the keypad. then try to flash the phone.

I have same problem.
After flash 3210 keypad don't working.
I try flash phone whit anather flash but nothing.

Hove can I fix this problem?

if you flased correct this problem cannot be in 32. i think you just have to do the factory reset afer flashing. the best way is with nokia profile 1.1.7 good luck
