Post 3210 v6.0 4 locks on


Hi there <br />I have a 3210 v6.0 that has all 4 locks on (lock 4 displays fffffffff)accepting no sim....is there a way of removing all 4 locks without using the pin 5 trick on the eeprom.....thanks in advance.<br />regards<br />Tekin

You can fix it with flasher kit. But that costs more than the phone.

You can however sell it to me. Give me a price, an where you are situated.

Basically the phone will not run normally if you try to flash partially or just by full flashing the unit. The thing is you can repair the unit by correcting the eeproms checksum. You can do this using an SMD Programmer or a MAKInterface eeprom reader/writer.

If you have this gadgets you can use CS Repairer by Bartek to analyze its checksum calcutions.

hi there guys<br />I was given the phone to repair for a friend and was just thinking if it was worth the hassle...as the phone is still under warranty I may suggest to him to return the thing to a Nokia service center......You cant win them all.......many thanks for all the suggestions..<br />regards<br />Tekin
