how to repair 3310 & 3410 contact service

if imei ist correct repair it else
if its correct, flash phone
if contact service after flashing phone's ram is probably bad

I agree with sorinm. First make test with eeprom tools then start repairing according the reasult given by the tool.

so simple mostly fhone is software first flash knok95 macth ime updat faid it will be ok

Yes 99% is is a software problem. only if the phone is physically damaged or liquid logge u should go for the Hardware solution. First flash it with some good know flash file using Knok of Geoflasher. Then Change IMEI, Update Faid and Clear SP locks with Nokia tools for Rollis.

The phone should be Ok by then if not then try to reflow of resolder Cobba.
