make sure you flashed mcu and ppm with same version.
after flash you have to do reset factory defaults and user settings and locks. otherwise the phone will not start as the new flash checkums need to be set.
If still no go, and it's a soft problem, then flash pmm and rebuild imei, then flash mcu and ppm and reset all settings, if still not starting then it's some hardware fault.

Flashing PMM after MCU and PPM will do the difference, if there is no hardware damage. :-)
