3310 can flash but not power on?! - GSM-Forum

I have two units with this problem...Any one got a tip..

Maybe Is Not 3310 And It Is 3330 And Thats Why You Can Flash But No Power.
Second Flash Ic Could Be The Problem.change It From Another 3310 Or 3330 And Then Fuulflash Phone(if Its From 333o With 3330 Full Flash)

Also Check For Water Damage Mecanical Faults

@ big8 if u r not sure 100% phone is a NHM_5 i.e 3310 then full flash with version NHM_6 3310 if not work u need to treat for hardware.I send you pic for repair.

Guys I think I need to post some more info..
Flash chip is with signature 160xxxx-thats mean its 2Mb=3310..
I can flash whitout pluging the charger in=power on button works..
Phone died after I changed 26MHz klock and 1Mt transistor next to it..
PCB was perfectly cleaned befor that..
And in the end..phone came with problem hangs restarts and turn off..removing L511 not work, change R529 from 2.2KOhms not working, full flash not working..after all that I did the things I wrote above..
