3310 cannot flash


system cannot find path specified with UFs-3 what needs to be done as this is a new box that i got recently?

any help pliz.

i think your flash file are not properly installded this is what u do.
1) for dct4 phone u can simply copy and past pm files to the phone type/mobel folder wihtout getting this kind of problem that u have mentioned above.
2)for dct3 mcu and ppm file u should install using files whch are in self/extract/installl format and it would naturally install into the right destination if your defualt drive is c:
3) you may get this error if u had recently deleted a pm file to the recycle bin accedentaly and then tried to use after restoring it back to its iriginal locatin (outside the recycle bin). in this instance make a copy of the restored file and past it back in the same fold and use this new copy.

If nothing wrong with software and even then its not accepting flash then it can be a hardware problem as well.Reheat the flash ic or replace and try to load new software.
