3310 contact service after flash - GSM-Forum

Hi
I got 3310 today which was on contact service so i flash it with newer version nothing happened then i read ppm from a working 3310 using UFS2
and write its ppm on the contact service 3310 it alive but when i put sim in it there is no signal and phone get restarted after 1 min again again i try to flash many times but same prob no signal and Phone restarted...

You must first have good look that phone have a good software 3310 or 3330
Next step is the perform full flash and repair imei. If phone have no problem with hardware you can solve problem with flashing.

Yes, check the right firmware - 3310/3315 or 3330. This phones shows contact service if they are with wrong software. Full flash with right software, update faid, rebuild IMEI (if needed) and Unlock him, this may repair the phone if there is no hardware problem.

make sure the ppm you read from the other phone match this phone mcu version better for you to flash full flash with mcu and ppm with the same version , write e2p in case , correct IMEI factory setting , update faid ....
if not make a selftest for the phone with winddp , eeprome tools , prodigy , griffin ..etc
and write down the resuilts

I think you need only to unlock it with nokia tool and repair it again with the same nokia tool

Flash the phone with rolis and dejan.mean's eeprom flashing.Hope your problem will solved.If it's not with hardware.
