3310 Dead Please Help - GSM-Forum

i have 3310 dead after changing 32mhz crystal ,the phone was having network problem and the crystal was brocken so i changed and now phone is dead i tried to change 3 crystals but phone still dead.pls help.

probabily you have damage cconti .try to move or change cconti ic .

plz check if the tracks are fine,make sure you try orignal crystal,if still nottin,ccont,if still notting try flashing and see wat error,maybe cobba,maybe flash ic etc.

to trace it can help to use net monitor for the signal.

well, i found the problem is ccont and i still have dificculty changing these ics.please could someone help me with expanation on how to reball this ics i read alot about rebaling but how someone place the balls on the ic? 2,if i dont have ready made ball how do i make ny self balls. thanking in advance
