3310: flash problem

please help:
i try to load good ppm and mcu file for 3310 5.03 using rolis flasher the fone will accept the file but wont power on after flash.
i try to read back its loaded file and the flasher would report failed mcu checksum,failed ppm check sum, failed eeprom security.i try to load again another good mcu and ppm files + virgin eeproms, but still wont power on, flasher still report failed mcu,ppm and eeprom data during read flash.
i try to use different settings (delay index, battery ,cable)but still problem occur.
this phone encounters contact service - dsp alive test failed on wintesla.i apllied hot air on ccont,cobba,hagar and 26mhz oscillator except for mad2 but no success- contact service still occur.
what is the probable cause of dsp alive test failed.
need a help on somebody about this prob.
