Why does my 3310 goes off when i try to read a sms and what to fix it?

Try make full faktory reset. If not help - flash phone with upper version and make reset agene.

If 8250 the problem is with the lcd.For 3310 upgrade flash,if that doesnt works please change lcd,surely works
