Hams,

I tested your solution, the removal of L511 chip inductor...on a 3310 with auto turn off /hanging problem, so far the unit is under test and working good...

If this solution works well without drawbacks,this is lot more easier than lowering the value of resistor network R301..

Just fixt 3x 3310 with the same problem
the are just working fine again !!!!!

one tip dont solder them out.

Just take apair of pliers and pull.

do u mean the one which we have to take it off from the 3310 that hams told us about it it can also solve the turn off problem and the haniging probelm???

can you please tell me which is the safest way to take off the part?

hello HAMS. I have a cellphone service and unlocking center here in my country and i unlock almost a hundred units of 3310 a day. I also service and repair a lot of different brands of cellphones. How about sending me the picture of the 3310 indicating which part to remove to stop it from hanging and auto shut-off so i can test it for all in all 3310 versions and see if it works, i have from versions 3.24 all the way up to version 4.24 that have this problem. Let me test it so i can give advise to everybody if it really works 100% without any problems later along the way.
