3310 hanging 100% solution

i think its inductor (coil) not capacitor it is near 26mhz crystal if u remove it works fine no hanging i will let u know exact part number & location tommorow

R301 change has been done in production since following HWIDs:
UP4IV (0201741) 0813
UD4 (0201476) 0814
UG4 (0201677) 0815

this solution is for old pcb on new pcb there are no such twin res.
for l511 it 's wrong oscilating on line 13mhz to cpu so removed

L511 ??? L refers to coils and caps does not mesure shorts on boards
and yes this component causes this problem some times, but that does not mean that it is always because of this component.
check signal after removing this L511 sometimes removing it makes problem in signal.
