3310 hard power on - GSM-Forum

when i accept the pon from custumer it has a hanging problem and sometimes hard to power on. so i flash at first in twister and its dead .so i c hange flah ic.it has power again bat when i disconect it from cable.it has no power in battery .so i changed flash ic again.but the problem is stiil ther.did some body incounterd this.plsss. help

Your problem not in the flash IC dear but in the CCONT IC cause this IC is the responsible one of spread the voltages for all the phone parts...You can check all lines power till reach to the ccont the you have to heat it or if not work you can replace it by new one...Then you can go to check the flash ic...GOOD LUCK.
