Cool 3310 how to replace the lcd

Guys, need help to replace just the LCD of my cell. do i have to cut all the plastic rivets (4 up and 2 down)? If so, how will I clip the metal frame without those plastic rivets?

Any site where I can see the actual picture of replacing the LCD for 3310.

Thanks in advance.

This is how i do it :

Use thin nosed pliers to pick at the plastic rivets holding metal frame on , pull the plastic rivets up so the frame comes off .

Then simply change lcd and replace frame then use soldering iron to melt the plastic rivets back on .
