3310 key same ouptut problem - GSM-Forum

hello,

can any one please tell me what iz d cuase of this problem on 3310 the when 6 is press 4 is displayed, when 9 is press 7 is displayed when # is press * is diaplyed i tried to replaced the v414 & v515 but not solve. any solution guys for this?

yo have a pcb brocken or the procesor

Try to clean the PCB

I've solved this problem.

OUTER of Key 1 found shorted with key 6, 9, and #. Simply keep out this OUTER of key 1 with protective tape and made one pad and soldered it with key CLEAR.

Worked 100 %.
