Have you tried cleaning the wet unit or you just allowed it to dry? This is what usually happens when the unit isn't thoroughly cleaned after getting wet.

Hi
I just received a 3310 with the same problem.
I managed to fix it. The problem was that R406 had a short circuit (connected with pin 9 of N400 and LEDs' katode). I just removed it.
But I have another problem.
So when I swich on the phone, it works perfectly.
Swich it off, and then I am not able to swich it on again if I do not remove the battery. When charger is connected the phone swiches on and off as many times as I want.

I was told that this is caused by water inside the phone.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Daniel
