I'll got a 3310 that not working working but the lights stay constantly on whenever I put in the battery, it was water damaged

Try to remove 2 varistor R406 and R407, for me worked!

Hi, I tried it but it didn't work, but what are the chips for that is the R407, R407, the you say remove them and not replace them with a new one 'cos I remove them like you said and its still the same.

Hi.
First to resolve the light always on:
-identify N400 ic (light and keypad driver)
-desolder it
-clean from the pcb, the salt under the N400 ic (water result)
-resolder back the ic and problem solved.

Second to make your phone working
-try to make some tests to realise if power suply is
in short circuit or not, if power buton is working....
-if not, identify CCONT ic (power suply)
-try to clean under it with some solutions...
-if not enough, you have to desolder it and clean after that
and resolder back.

Tell me more after trying all this and I'll try to help.
