Check Lcd if OK try to put frame to a good Board...Check board for mold, up at the Power Amp there are 2 Big Capacitor, If mold replace...

check lcd contacts on pcb,clean with *****o metal polish do not scratch with screw driver or any other tool,all contacts must be cleaned with this metal polish cleaner rust remover,if not reflow pcb below by the charging ic area...
