3310 rhythmic backlight

does anyone know how to program rhythmic backlight to a 3310 unit? i'm sure this is not a hardware procedure because i have upgraded a 3330 software to a 3350 and this feature was enabled. (of course i had to change the lcd too).

any input would be appreciated.

pl test this !

i dont know from where did i found this pic. but according to this pic.. u can do rythmic backlight in 331X phones. i cant attach the pic here due to groups limitations. but if u can understand the TEXTed version of this Picture.

Parts needed:
T1 - NPN Transistor BC 817 {140023-11} (no.1)
C1 - Capacitor 4v/100 microF {427063-11} (no.1)
R1 - Resistor 4,7Kohm {406333-11} (no.1)
R2 - Resistor 47Kohm {406457-11} (no.1)
D1 - Schottky Diode BAT43 {153010-11} (no.1)

Connection:
Connect pin7 of N100 IC to D1. Like this pin7 to D1 --|>-- .
Then D1 to C1. Other lead of C1 grounds.
NOw D1 to R2. Other lead R2 grounds.
Now D1 to R1. Other lead of R1 goes to Base of T1.
Emitter of T1 grounds.
Now most IMPortant..
collector of T1 goes to..cathodes of all LEDs.
That's it ur CKT is read.,. hide somewhere in board if U test it OKIE>\\\\ BYE
No damage is caused by using this CKT.

flash

just connect coil wire ( only one led )+(led) to your buzzer output(below)Very easy.Led will flash when buzzer is running.Simple and saves cost.I have done it 3 months ago.No damage to the phone.

yes, but it doesn't light in ritm with the melody.....because the 3310 dosen't vibra in ritm of melody.....

Hardware Rhythmic backlight solution for 3310 not yet....

Only by adding a lot of hardware like a couple of flip-flops and switching transistors......

If u really want that in ur phone then why dont u convert ur 3310 to 3350.. its easy.. just replace flash chip/lcd,, and then flash 3350 file and u have ruthemic lights,,, i think it is easier than that hardware modification.. by this u also get a lot 100 features of 3350.
