3310 security code - GSM-Forum

Hello everybody,
The problem I am having with my 3310 is that it does'nt accept my security code. I know my security code but when I try to clear my call timers and insert a new sim card in it asks for a security code so I type it in but it won't accept it any ideas.

Reset factory .....this is soluction .

You can use MBUS cable + KNOK
reset factory defaults and code will be 12345
