3310 v4.19 problem - GSM-Forum

Hi, I have unlocked one 3310 v4.19 but later when I play bantumi, snake or simply menu navigation.... the phone gets blocked and there's no way to unblock, pressing keys can't do nothing, only pressing power off button the phone can restart and passed few minuts phone stops again....

then I have flashed it to 3315 and recalculate FAID.... but the
phone always have same problem

what can I do? have I spoiled the phone? any solution?

Hi,
write flash 3310 5.55 + PPM, update FAID, clear SP, reset full factory with KNOK.
If still problem write EEPROM area(3D-40) from working phone to yours and update FAID, change IMEI, update FAID, reset full factory.
You can use Flasher 4.78 b6 and Nokiatool 1.8 by Rolis or KNOK phoenix

Did you rewrite whole eeprom+pmm area??
Try to reset various setting with KNOK after all.

Problem solved, the solution was flashing phone with a lower version... if phone originally have 4.18, I have flashed with 4.04
and then I have various settings with knok and now the phone is repaired
