hello,

is there a way to know 3310 w/ swapped board but flashed it w/ orig. flash&eep? i got this phone w/ flash/eep still ok but i don't think this one is his the original board.

What makes you think so?

Anyway, if assuming that the correct data is intact (EEPROM), a phone flashed with another phones flash shouldn't accept any SIM card, meaning all locks should be closed.

Otherwise, its locks should be okay if it is for that phone.

If in case that all locks are closed, it is also possible that it really isn't tampered. Try doing the following:

Try typing #PW+1234567890+1#in your keypads. It should give you a report like Code error or SIM not restricted. If it simply reboots without reporting, then it isn't the original flash(actually, its just the eeprom content that really matters).
