3330 FBUS not connecting - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to unlock my 3330, but every piece of software I have downloaded tells me the 'phone is not connected' except for LogoManager! It all works fine in LogoManager! Does anyone have any links to the latest versions of the software for download I could try or perhaps any ideas as to why it isn't connecting?! I know I've selected the right COM port and all that sort of stuff. Also, I know I'll have to downgrade it as it is a v4.50, but what do I lose by doing that?

Use straight mbus cable with rolis mbus tool or use cable with manual switch and leave it on mbus

I downloaded Rolis Tool v1.8 and ran it.. got really worried cos it still didn't work... ran 'Auto Setup' from 'Options' and clicked 'Clear SP Locks' and it all works 100%!!! Thanks!!!! Your help is very much appreciated!!
