look like you have damaged flash IC

yes, damaged flash ic or very noised communiaction with mobile, also check battery

i don't think that is communication with mobile, perhaps flash IC damaged, i have 2 phones with the same problem.

mostly this is from a dry or bad flash chip.......

try to reflow or change flash chip..
