@All

Ok. Heres the clear pics that for converting 3390 to 3310. Just use acrobat reader to open the file. This solution works 100% in GSM 1800 50/50% in GSM 900, Co'z some work fine and some not. Just follow the instructions carefully to avoid some problems. Thanks to D_bug and others who contribute this pics and ideas.

Any idea how to solve that problems. Thanks for help

Did you change the MAD2? If yes, there's a solution for that problem. Some 3390 board that has MAD2 "4370677" w/c will be replaced by V16"4370678", have some modifications in the circuit board. OK heres the solution: All you need is a VOmeter and a bypass wire"Magnet wire AWG#34 at least". and solder station and soldering lead.

Try power on the fone without LCD frame. Now the fone's lcds glow. Right? Now, set the VOMeter to 2.5v, DC. Put the black test probe to ground and the positive probe to the LCD terminal no. 1 or 2 I think. Now the VOMeter pointer reads a voltage, right? Approx:1.8 to 2.4v dc. Now, observe the reading until the led's lights turns off. Now, as the Led's light turns off, the voltage across the lcd and other parts of the fone also drops resulting a blank screen and a dropping signal. Now thats the solution for that problem. Now, all you have to do is to get a bypass wire and put it across the Lcdv+ and the v+ on the led side. And the problem is sorted. I encountered this problem so many times already everytime I change the MAD2 to V16.

Good Luck and hope this helps!

Here's the step by step procedure:
1. Modify all the parts or hardware stated in the pictures.
2. Now, after modifying the hardware, flash the fone with a
2mb 3310 full flash. Unlock, change IMEI, update faid and
thats it.
Note:
Not all 3390's can be easilly be converted to 3310. Because
some 3390's has a ROM5 CPU's only "4370677". You have to
change the ROM5 CPU's to ROM6"4370687".
