How can I use Neelix III to solve the "phone start-up failed. contact the retailer problem on 3650?? pls HLP

the only way is to flash it with chineze flash you can find it at www.gengheraenga.com

NO ! That is not the only way to repair 3650 ! you can repair with with grifiin too!
You have to chence the cable conector (read old posts) and it works formating user area

U can repair it with phoenix.Phoenix A12 availeble for download in forum.Crack also.I have repaired many 7650 & 3650 with Phownix cracked & simple Mbus cable.In phoenik select:test-full factory reset,& format user area(for Memory full)
