hey Sorry for delay but my ip is banned and i don't know why?
i send some of you a mail with a solution for v5.28. I don't know it is works %100.i download it from web.
and i have another idea for solution. If any of you try reprogramming the phone with TDF then phone will worked ok.So i think work.

and i hear a other solution with wintesla.Hmm.... i think it about full factory reset.Sorry but i am not specialist about gsm.Best Regards.
