5110 not charging - GSM-Forum

i have 5110 fresh board, i had to replace battery connector, now powering on, signal, just not charging, checked connector pins at the bottom all intact, what should i check/change next? thank u for any advice.

What is hapening when you connect charger?

try to reheat ccont or the power ic.

1. If "Not Charging" is displayed, try using another model of Nokia charger. Try using another battery too.

2. Is this doeas not solve your problem, check the board especially the battery terminals if all is soldered well and no traces of missing parts.

3. If you did all the steps mentioned above, and still the problem persist, change the charging IC
