Thanks for all sending flashes and EEPROM, but nobody send me a flash, which is NOT CLOSED to all 4 levels!
I need a working flash please!

My v5.11 flash is from working phone and all locks are OPEN in it!I think your problem is not in flash, but in EEPROM.

But if I flash the phone with other flash (5.22), the phone works, but find not Networt!
Why is it so?

Cyberdog, you can't update SW without without
special equipment,so forget it.Read forum's archive, this problem was discussed many times. I have sent you the flash and eeprom
from my phone, but you can't clone my phone,
because you need cobba from my phone.

Yes I know it, that I can't update phone!
But my phone doesen't work, and i test it with other flash, and than it works, but not find network!
And with your file, it doesen't works!
Yes I need cobba ID!
