How can I unlock this phone.

Try to flash the phone, or try to use nokia tool first it may help..

why is it all locked.... this version doesnt need flashing to unlock it... check the phone using a mbus cable and nokiatool to see the status of the locks.... if all locks are closed with EEEEEEEE FFFFFFF all over... eeprom is corrupted... u need eeprom programming interface and ponyprogram to fix this thing.... its a sort of contact service problem. try to unlock it first using nokiatool and mbus cable..... goodluck
