5210 is power on and power off automaclly.but when it is power on it display every thing ok(display,network)etc.have any salution

THe most defective part is FLASH IC...Reprogram First.

u sure that it gains full network?

or maybe just operator name then reboot
or maybe full signal, then drop then off.

for that, sounds like FAId failure.

make full flashing.

if still error, then change COBBA
