5210 bad fate - GSM-Forum

i replace a backlight just yesterday N5210, i 1st remove all original backlights and tried one, i turned on and ok, i put the rest two backlights for display and tried again yet what a thing it won't turn on anymore...

i tried everything, check battery, battery terminal, tried to clean everything, tried to flash with PowerFlasher box response is - 1st boot ok
1st boot error
then replaced hagar, ccont, removed signal amplifier,
reworked cpu and replaced and reworked flash ic... still DEAD.

please help... any idea... thanks..

Backlight is connected to UI IC, a non-BGA chip at the top of the board on keyboard side. 2 times I killed it while replacing backlight with battery on board

please specify more which ic is that. if ill replace that ic will the phone be alive again???

ui ic is near the power switch.... it drives the backlight, vibrator,keys, etc...
it has these finger-like terminals...
